Avtooyna LLC in pursuance of the protocol decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Avtooyna OJSC, in 2012 the company changed the organizational and legal form from Open Joint-Stock Company (JSC) to Limited Liability Company (LLC) and was re-registered by the State Inspectorate under the Ferghana City Hokimiyate Registry Number 187 of March 01, 2012.

According to the localization plan for the development of the automotive industry of the association UZAVTOSANOAT, in 2002, a plant was founded specializing in the production of safety automotive glass with a production capacity of 200,000 sets per year.

Avtooyna LLC is a part of the enterprises of the joint-stock company UZAVTOSANOAT, which produce “conveyor” components to the primary market, i.e., for the large automaker of Uzbekistan “Dzhiem Uzbekistan”.

Name and main technical characteristics of manufactured automobile products, completeness:

Production of multilayer windshields for automobiles (triplex);
Production of side and rear tempered automotive glass (stalinit).
In March 2004 “Pre-processing”, “Hardening” and “Lamination” lines, the most modern and fully automated lines for the production of safe automotive glass, were put into operation at Avtooyna LLC. (Switzerland), CTRIULZI (Italy) washing and drying flat glass machine, CUGHER (Italy) machine for applying silk screen printing, KERAGLASS (Italy) hardening furnace, MARIOARGIRO press (It Leah), "TEKNA" firm cooling line (Italy), bending furnace, vacuum and autoclave PILKINGTONEngineeringGroup company (Finland), "TEKNA" firm line the final quality control of the finished product (Italy) and PILKINGTONEngineeringGroup (Finland).

Technological process

The following technological lines are installed in the automobile glass manufacturing plant:

- Cutting the original glass;
- Pretreatment line №1 (small lateral - SL, ventilation glass - РхР, lateral - SL);
- Pretreatment line №2 (rear ВL, wind WS);
- Continuous horizontal tempering furnace;
- Assembly-forming windshield sheets, vacuuming, autoclave;
- Line inspection of the quality of the windshield;
From the site, flat sheet glass is transferred to the adjacent cutting line, where it is cut into blank sheets corresponding to further operations and stored on the racks.


The furnace provides the following operations:

- glass heating;
- glass bending;
- quenching and subsequent tempering of glass;
- glass cooling.
The furnace is used for glass bending using a squeezing press or under the action of gravity, quenching and subsequent tempering of the rear, side and ventilating automotive glass.

Bending operations are carried out on a metal bending cage.

Loading and unloading operations are carried out manually. Heating, bending, tempering and cooling are fully automated using a PC to monitor and control processes.

The equipment will be designed and manufactured to provide quenching and subsequent tempering of sheet glass from 3.0 to 5.0 mm thick.


Loading of side windows and vents is carried out manually, and the rear windows can be loaded directly into the furnace from the exit conveyor of the washing and printing line. Heating, bending, tempering and cooling are fully automated with a controller. The unloading from the control line is manual, and the geometrical and electrical control is automated.

Glass is loaded onto the conveyor with a leveling device. The leveling device corrects the position, after which the glass passes into the furnace, where it moves at a constant speed through the heating chambers for a specified time, depending on the shape, thickness and type of glass (transparent or tinted).


Then the speed of moving the sheets increases and they continuously leave the furnace tunnel with a temperature appropriate for the subsequent bending, quenching, tempering and cooling operations.

Glass successively passes under the press along the quenching and cooling zones to the unloading roller platform.

After passing the inspection, the glasses are unloaded manually by operators and can be packaged immediately for shipment to the car factory, or to warehouse racks for further use.


The cutting line processes flat glass sheets moved with vertical racks by loading arms. In accordance with the production program, sheets are cut out into complex initial sheets, which are then processed on lines 1761-00-12-00 and 1761-00-13-00. The cutting program and the geometry of the original sheets are performed by a numerical control unit that optimizes the geometry of the sheets to reduce waste.


After cutting, the glass is transferred to a deflecting device with two sides, in which there is a series of flat straps that orient the glass in the longitudinal direction. Then, a lifting roller conveyor driven by an electric motor with a frequency converter directs the glass to the right or left breaking table.


Process description:

The pretreatment line No. 1 is designed for processing semi-finished glass blanks, cut on line 1761-00-11-00 and intended for the manufacture of small side and ventilating automotive glasses.

In accordance with the required final shape of the glass, the following operations are performed on the pretreatment line:

- Perform multiple cuts on incoming glass sheets using composite cutting equipment;

- Implementation of the diagonal cutting blanks with obtaining two separate sheets;

- Cutting each sheet to obtain the necessary configuration;

- Removal of kinks and burrs using a roller head;

- Finishing of edges with use of grinders.

The first raskroyechny bridge cuts individual semi-finished products from complex source sheets, which are then transferred to the cutting section, where the cut is cut and the cutting lines are made.

The labeled glass is picked up by the overhead conveyor and transferred to the breaking off area, where breaking is performed using pneumatic supports.

The broken glass is moved by the overhead conveyor to the grinding table, where the final shape of the glass is acquired, and then to the washer, for surface cleaning and drying. After performing these operations, the glass is stored on the racks.



Process description:

This preparatory line is capable of cutting, grinding and coating wind, rear and side windows, starting with the integrated base sheets prepared in section I-5.1.

The semi-finished product is first cut and polished on a double cutting-breaking-grinding line, and then washed and transferred to the printing line. External and internal sheets of the windshield are processed on the print line in different ways: the first (inner) are transferred to the printing machine, and the second (outer) - to the pollination site.



Process description:

The drilling machine is separate and this area is not connected with glass processing lines.
The operator manually installs and removes the glass from the desktop.
All operations are performed by the operator using the automation of the machine.
During operation, the glass remains stationary on the desktop.
At the top and bottom of the machine there are two core crowns that simultaneously drill glass.
Such a simultaneous movement allows you to make a hole without breaking the glass.

Process description:

This line first washes, and then applies the coating on the rear and side window (heating circuit, strip, marking). At the end of the process, the glasses are transferred to the pre-leveling section of the tempering line. If it is necessary to perform manual unloading at the end of the printed area or loading onto the tempering line, the conveyor belt 15.15 is removed.

Glass is transported by tapes with a drive from el. dv alternating current. The control system monitors the position of the glass using photocells located on the conveyor.


Process description:

On this line, the pairs (inner / outer) of the windshield are first processed in a bending furnace to obtain the desired shape. To prevent the adhesion of the halves, their inner surfaces are pollinated with powder before molding. Before inserting a sheet of PVB powder carefully erased.



Process description:

The proposed line provides the following operations:

- manual loading of racks with pre-assembled windshield packages; bonding a laminated windscreen as a result of the combined effect of heat and pressure; manual unloading of racks with finished windshields;

- The cycle begins with the loading of carts with pre-assembled windshield packs into the autoclave;

- Then the hatch is closed and locked, the temperature and pressure rise to the set value, after which it is aged for a certain time in accordance with the thickness and shape of the glass;

- Then the temperature and pressure are reduced to the value of the environment and the autoclave opens;

- Unloaded trolleys with glass are sent for final cooling to the settling area;

The cycle ends with the unloading of carts, quality control and preparation of products for shipment.
